dHz Media signs contracts with developers in Calgary, Kelowna and Vancouver

Calgary, A.B. dHz Media, a communications marketing agency headquartered in Calgary, has added three major projects with leading real estate developers across Canada’s western provinces in its key areas of operation. Condominium complexes AVLI on Atlantic in Calgary, ELLA in Kelowna and GREEN on Queensbury in Vancouver, have entrusted strategic public relations and marketing efforts to dHz Media. With a proven track record of excellence, the agency provides intelligent, innovative strategies to bring consistent ROI to its clients.

dHz Media specializes in real estate development, resorts and destinations. By combining both traditional writing and digital marketing techniques, it employs the most effective strategies for each client. dHz Media uses earned media coverage as promotion on social feeds to increase awareness of the new projects; this tactic built a list of interested buyers prior to opening sales by using a trusted medium. It took only two months to sell 70 per cent of available units at ELLA and 80 per cent of units at Green.

“dHz Media helped bring AVLI to Inglewood,” says AVLI co-owner, Penny Stathonikos. “The intelligent strategies used by the dHz Media team highlight the best characteristics of our beautiful building from location to design to building amenities.”

The summer 2017 campaign with AVLI on Atlantic was positive and successful, so a new 2018 launch is in the works between dHz Media and the developers at AVLI.
Voted Canada’s Greatest Neighbourhood in 2014 by the Canadian Institute of Planners, Inglewood is the ideal location for Calgary’s newest luxury condo building. AVLI is located on 9th Avenue next door to the 1906 firehall turned neighbourhood pub, the Hose & Hound, and down the street from the famed Ironwood Stage and Grill. With retail space available and a market at street-level, the building will foster a sense of community engagement familiar to the Inglewood neighbourhood.

“Our previous experience working with dHz Media was extremely positive,” says the president of Mission Group, Randy Shier, “so we felt confident in choosing them for ELLA. They’ve shown great initiative in ensuring we get the best return possible and we look forward to working them on the rest of the project.”

ELLA is a 20-storey condominium complex in the heart of the up-and-coming Bernard District of Kelowna. With a Walk Score® of 97 out of 100, ELLA is the ultimate location for a true urban-living experience.

Mission Group, the real estate developers behind the development of ELLA, boasts targeting Kelowna’s first LEED®-certified concrete condominium. Mission Group saw the need for additional opportunities for sustainable living in urban centres and this new project is the response. ELLA is expected to attract a diverse community of like-minded people who appreciate the arts and culture, proximity to dining and shopping amenities and easy access to all the nature the Okanagan Valley has to offer.

Spearheaded by the Qualex-Landmark group, GREEN on Queensbury is a four-storey condominium and townhouse complex in the soon-to-be revitalized Moodyville Park in North Vancouver. Linked to the North Shore’s amenities and Lower Lonsdale’s entertainment and cultural hub by the Spirit Trail, GREEN on Queensbury is a well-connected community. The initiation of this project prompted a revitalization of the underused green space of Moodyville Park, which will be the centrepiece to a new community.

With operations across Calgary, Kelowna and Vancouver, dHz Media works hard to ensure each client is receiving consultancy tailored to bring the best ROI.
