ELLA to be the first concrete high-rise in the Bernard District in 30 years

Kelowna B.C. Mission Group, one of Kelowna’s premier builders, opened the doors of its presentation centre to the public today with a ribbon cutting ceremony signifying the start of public sales.

The public will now have the chance to visit the presentation centre where they can see firsthand what ELLA has to offer by touring the show home, previewing floor plans and designs, as well as taking in the views for every suite. They also have the opportunity to purchase a home.

The high-rise includes a boutique collection of 116 contemporary condominiums with studios starting from the low 200s, two-bedrooms start from the high 500s and the luxury two-bedroom with den corner homes start from the low 800s.

In attendance at the ribbon cutting was Randy Shier, president, Mission Group, Luke Turri, vice president development, Mission Group, JoAnne Adamson, vice president of sales and marketing, Mission Group Ryan Watters, representing the Downtown Kelowna Business Improvement Area Association and Heather Eichinger, representing the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.

“We have received a lot of interest over ELLA,” says Randy Shier, president, Mission Group. “We’ve been finding that most of the buyers are local and are excited about living in the dynamic and engaging Bernard District.”

Following Grand Opening day, the presentation centre will be open daily (excluding Fridays) from noon-5pm.
