Storm Mountain Development Corp., owner of Nelson Landing Development Corp.
is seeking buyers for collaboration on triple-A property

Nelson, BC The owners of Nelson Landing are reaching out to developers and builders in Nelson to invite them to express their creative ideas on the lakefront triple-A property.

After experiencing a very successful launch with their property in Lantzville, Storm Mountain Development Corp. now wants to explore all options with it’s property in Nelson. This opens a rare opportunity for local buyers to create their own visions for a development on prime real estate in Nelson.

“We want to ensure we reach out and give every opportunity to developers and builders who have been wanting a place in the Nelson area but haven’t found the right option with so few similar properties available,” says Allard Ockeloen, CEO of Storm Mountain Development Corp.

“It’s a premium development site. We see this as an opportunity to create some sort of destination property,” says realtor Ben Hurlbutt. The property has been zoned for multi-family residential, commercial and recreation destination.  “The entire 13-acre property is for sale, but we also wish to speak with people who do not want to commit to such a large-scale project; who may wish to take on a more manageable portion of the project.”

“We’re interested in hearing from anyone who has any interest and ideas on what to do with the land,” says Allard.
