Vivo Resorts launches final phase of Clubhouse condos as construction nears completion

CALGARY, AB and PUERTO ESCONDIDO, MEXICO – Vivo Resorts, an oceanfront community of luxury homes ten miles from downtown Puerto Escondido, Mexico, announced today the launch of its final phase of Clubhouse condominiums.

The resort is approaching a major milestone as its US$7 million Clubhouse is scheduled to be completed in late 2017. The Vivo Clubhouse will be the centerpiece of resort’s vast oceanfront courtyard and is adjacent to resort swimming pools. With over 53,000 square feet spread out over four floors the Clubhouse features, spa, ocean view fitness facility, lounge and sports bar, Kids Club, tennis courts and conference and event space.

The Vivo Clubhouse includes a total of 14 homes ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom being the most common. Prices for beachfront, 2-bedroom condo suites start at US$277,000. There are 9 homes available in the final phase.
