Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence celebrate homebuilding and renovation in the Central Okanagan
December 2, 2019, Kelowna, B.C. – The Canadian Homebuilders Association – Central Okanagan (CHBA-CO) is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2020 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence. The Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence is an annual awards program that celebrates excellence in home building and renovation within the Central Okanagan.
To be eligible for an award, members of the CHBA-CO submitted entries that were built, renovated, developed, created and/or marketed during the period of January 1, 2018 – September 30, 2019.
The finalists and winners are selected by a panel of out-of-town industry professionals. The awards were formerly known as the Tommie awards but under went a rebrand last year, which was unveiled as a surprise at last years event.
“As chair of this year’s Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence, I am proud to be one of the builders that is building some of the best housing in BC, in Canada and in the world.” Said Chuck Cullen, Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence Chair.

The 28th Annual Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence Gala will be held on January 25, 2020 at the Delta Grand Okanagan Hotel. A Champagne Reception will start at 5:00pm with the Program and Entertainment to begin at 6:00pm.
