Montane (montanefernie.ca ) is a 660-acre planned residential and recreational community located within the city limits of Fernie, B.C. When complete, Montane will consist of approximately 370 single family and low-density homes. Architecturally harmonious with the surroundings, home styles will consist of smart-start cottages and town homes. MONTANE is the vision of Parastone Developments, Fernie’s largest and most recognized Landmark Construction and Development Company. Initial site preparation on Fernie’s newest multi-phase community began in June 2014.
