PARK POINT (qualex.ca/parkpoint), is Qualex-Landmark’s newest, downtown work/live residential project.
Located on the former CIBC Operations Centre building site at 12th Ave and 2nd Street SW, PARK POINT faces onto Calgary’s two-hectare, historical Central Memorial Park in the very heart of the city’s vibrant, amenity-rich Beltline Community. Designed by the global architectural firm IBI Group, PARK POINT will comprise of two residential towers. Phase One will include 286 homes, including primarily one and two bedrooms with optional den/flex space.
