The Cape On Bowen (thecapeonbowen.com) is a 618 acre island community with 59 estate home sites on Bowen Island. It’s first neighbourhood is comprised of home sites from Cape Roger Curtis to Collingwood Beach. The Cape on Bowen has 3.7 kilometres of untouched beaches, coastal bluffs, and forest and ocean side views. The estate home sites slope upward from untouched coastlines to reach a dense forest above. The Cape on Bowen Community Development Limited, a joint venture between the Trans City Group of Companies, led by Don Ho and the Leeda Developments Group, led by Edwin Lee, is developing The Cape on Bowen.
