W ith two sons attending university, Abbotsford realtor Amarit Dass knew there had to be a better way to provide them with room and board than putting them up in the UBC Okanagan dormitories.So when local developer Mission Group announced sales of the U-One condo development last year, Dass jumped in and bought a three-bedroom condominium that is just a five-minute walk to the campus’ classrooms. He is so sold on the concept that he has plans to buy a second home in the 56-unit U-Two complex to rent out to students.
