Construction begins on Spring Creek’s White Spruce Lodge
CANMORE, AB Spring Creek broke ground on its sixth condominium building, White Spruce Lodge, today. The ceremony marked the beginning of construction on the $31 million luxury condominium project in Canmore, Alberta.
The project, which launched September long weekend, sold 50 per cent of its 49 suites in just 72 hours. Only 20 suites remain and construction is expected to wrap up fall 2019.

“White Spruce Lodge is a one of a kind purchasing opportunity,” says Kernick. “Our homeowners will be able to capitalize on the market and earn some revenue or just enjoy the lodges amazing location in Canmore. It has been our fastest selling lodge in 10 years.”
The majority of home buyers were Albertans with many local buyers and a large percentage buying for investment purposes or out of a desire to live the rocky mountain lifestyle. The Lodge includes one, two and three bedroom homes starting at $379,000 +GST. Spring Creek residents were given first opportunity to purchase at White Spruce Lodge and they represented 20 per cent of the sales, a testimonial to home owner satisfaction.
