“The development has been designed with an array of amenities for stylish and comfortable mountain living”
Jack Pine Lodge is the sixth residential development in the community and the fourth condominium building in the last two years in the town 45 minutes west of Calgary — a town that has bucked the downward trend in housing, says Ross Jensen, Spring Creek Realty sales manager. “Canmore has consistently shown a resiliency in the face of a slower market in Alberta,” says Jensen. “We’ve had a substantial increase in home sales and a significant increase in property value.”
Residents will enjoy more open, green living space than ever before, with the aim to design the ideal mountain condominium home for local families and couples looking to move into the coveted neighbourhood, says Frank. “Here at Spring Creek, we are excited to welcome all future Jack Pine Lodge residents,” he says. “Our aim is to create homes that provide a comfortable, relaxed and luxurious lifestyle for residents to enjoy for many years to come.”
Spring Creek is a 70-acre development, made up of five condominium lodges, a seniors residence, two creekside villas and eight single-family estates, which are all more than 80 percent sold. This past November, Canmore’s first four-star luxury hotel, the Malcolm Hotel, opened in the community, which also has a number of shops and services, including a boutique liquor store and a tavern/restaurant. The community is within walking distance of downtown Canmore, which boasts some of the best restaurants in Alberta, as well as a good selection of other shops and services, says Frank.
