Vancouver Developer Breaks Ground on $100 million Downtown Calgary Condo Project

March 19, 2013, Calgary AB – Qualex Landmark, the developers of MARK on 10th, held a ground breaking ceremony today to commemorate the start of construction on its 35 storey condo tower. MARK on 10th features 274 homes and is located in Calgary’s emerging Design District on 10th Avenue and 8th Street SW.

Mohammed Esfahani, managing director of Qualex Landmark, Al Stowkowy, executive vice president of ITC, the construction company building MARK on 10th and representing the architectural team, Jean Guy Beliveau, director of BKDI Architects, were on-site with hard hats and shovels for the ground breaking ceremony.
